Servings: 2-3

Ingredients:

  • 8 medium size carrots
  • 2 fuji apples
  • 1/2 inch ginger knob

Directions:

  1. Wash the carrots and apples
  2. Cut the carrot tops and cut the apple into 6 pieces each.
  3. Juice all items and mix well.
  4. Enjoy!!
