Double tap if you like mangos! In Mango season it’s impossible not to make this creamy and delicious “Kesari Mango Lassi”.

Mango lassi is one of my favorite Indian drinks in summer. It’s a perfect drink because its sweet, cold and refreshing much needed to cool off in this hot weather. Adding few saffron strands, cardamom, vanilla bean enhances the taste and makes it super delicious!!

Sometimes I freeze fresh mango cubes and use them to make lassi or mango nice cream even after mango season is over. Try this dreamy Mango Lassi and you will fall in love with Mangos all over again!!

1 cup fresh mango puree ( I strain the pulp to avoid any strings)

1 cup vanilla bean coconut yogurt

1/2-1 cup almond milk

1/4 tsp ground cardamom powder

4-5 saffron strands

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Few Ice cubes


  1. Blend everything in a high powder blender until smooth.
  2. Add more milk if you prefer thin consistency.
  3. Garnish it with crushed pistachios and few saffron strand!!
  4. Serve Cold!
