This fresh and chunky salsa is a perfect condiment for Mexican dishes or for simply scooping with crunchy tortilla chips. The season’s best red tomatoes along with fresh cilantro, jalapeño, and lime juice come together to create this vibrant and tasty pico de gallo!

3 medium tomatoes chopped (seeds and core removed)

1/2 cup white onion finely chopped

1/2 cup cilantro finely chopped

1 jalapeno (remove seeds and finely chopped)

3/4 tsp sea salt

1 tsp lime juice 


  • Place all chopped ingredients into a bowl. Add the salt and lime juice.

  • Mix it well. Cover and refrigerate for an hour. 

  • Enjoy on top of tacos, nachos, burritos or with chips!!

  • Tastes best when fresh but can be used up to 2-3 days in refrigerator
