Ingredients:

  • 3/4th cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3-4 small chunks of fresh pineapple
  • 1 wedge avocado for creaminess
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • Drizzle of honey or agave
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder

Directions:

  1. Start with pouring 3/4 cup of coconut milk in the blender (Vitamix works best).
  2. Add chia seeds and hemp seeds.
  3. Add banana, pineapple, avocado and agave.
  4. Add spinach and spirulina
  5. Blend until smooth.
