Ingredients:
- 3/4th cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 banana
- 3-4 small chunks of fresh pineapple
- 1 wedge avocado for creaminess
- 1 handful of spinach
- Drizzle of honey or agave
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
Directions:
- Start with pouring 3/4 cup of coconut milk in the blender (Vitamix works best).
- Add chia seeds and hemp seeds.
- Add banana, pineapple, avocado and agave.
- Add spinach and spirulina
- Blend until smooth.
