These delicious, healthy, and eye-catching nachos are always a hit whether served for parties, the Super Bowl, or just as a family dinner appetizer. The crunchy chips are topped off with delectable vegan cheese sauce, warm pinto beans, creamy guacamole, crisp radishes, sweet pomegranate seeds, spicy jalapeño slices, and a light, creamy vegan sour cream. Mmmmm!

Pico de gallo (find recipe here)
2 green onions chopped
2 radishes thinly sliced
1 jalapeno sliced
1 cup pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp cilantro chopped
Bag of tortilla chips
Chop the green onion and cilantro. Slice the radishes and jalapeno. Keep them aside.
Heat up the beans using a stove or microwave.
Warm up the tortilla chips in the oven at 350 degree for 3-4 minutes until warm in a oven proof dish.
Drizzle the vegan cheese sauce on top of the chips
Spread the warm beans over the chips and vegan cheese
Add pico de gallo, radishes, jalapeno slices, and a dollop of guacamole
Sprinkle green onions, cilantro, and pomegranate seeds
Top it off with a drizzle of vegan sour cream
